Wellness for Senior (Yoga)

Making new connections with their peers through simple Yoga exercises. This is a specially designed programme to recharge the mental and physical well being of senior citizens.

  1. Introductory level of basic yoga practice.
  2. To educate the ability to use correct breathing and movement technique in the practice.
  3. To reduce anxiety through simple relaxation exercises.

Education Level: Senior Citizens, Community and Ages 50 and above
